We have stayed here for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location was perfect and quiet there, close to everything. We had early meal in Woodheads Cafe, based nearby. The breakfast was excellent with lots of food, appreciated it.

The owners of the hotel are two of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. Thank you so much for a great weekend. The room was very comfy clean and tidy.
The shower was slow and sometimes difficult to get a shower at night.

The cleanliness of the room, and the friendliness of the proprietors - and the excellent breakfast.
Only that we did not have a bath in our en suite (as we could have done with a long soak after all the walking we'd done) - but this isn't a criticism, just a preference

The location was ideal, the owners were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good.
I think the only downfall with the B&B was the price, for a basic room with a double and a single bed it was overpriced. Myself my wife and 5 year old daughter stayed for 1 night and it cost £86.

Super comfy family stay
The family suite was huge and spotlessly clean. We loved the little touches like milk in the fridge and the comfy beds. Breakfast had great vegan options, perfect for us. The only bummer was the noisy street outside at night, but it didn't ruin our fun!

Amazing Family Stay, Highly Recommended!
The room was fine, with beautiful decor and chocolates and wine upon arrival. Breakfast offerings were diverse and delicious! The cute hosts provided fantastic local tips. Perfect location near the pleasure beach with easy tram access. Can't wait to return!

The fact that we were expecting a window to the outside world that was advertised, not to the hall. Expecting to be part of the central heating of the house that was advertised, but got a lousy electric heater that wasnt good enough and the en-suite was colder than a barn. We are sure the rest of the house was very nice but room 7 was not suitable as holiday acommadation.
